Command Blocks & Dispencers

I have been using dispensers to place command blocks for some of my creations and when I got on minecraft and made a randomizer and checked up on my other randomizers.

The dispensers started dispensing the command block item instead of the block and that ruined most of my creations.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a dispenser (Not dropper) down and put some NBT command blocks in it.
2. Trigger the dispenser with a redstone output.
3. It spurts out a command block item.
