dispensing command blocks issue???

i use dispensers with nbt command blocks to make things random, but in 1.8.6 they suddenly stopped placing the blocks like in 1.8.3 and just dropped them as if they were droppers. this only did it with command blocks, the rest worked fine.... pls fix this issue!!!
