Every time I launch Minecraft it crashes when I go on a server.

When I launch minecraft 1.8.6 and go on a server, it will crash in seconds and say "Using incremental CMS is deprecated and will likely be removed in future releases." I tried to go on other 1.8 versions but they either freeze or just say the same thing.
