can not write accents

When you want to write a word that carries accent (á) can not be. Also not ü.

What I expected to happen was:
Write "á, é, í, ó, ú"

What actually happened was:
Only it is not written, it is as if the button does not serve.

1. open the chat
2. type a " ´ "
3. then type a vocal
