MINECRAFT 1.8+ Patches SINGLEPLAYER LATENCY (NO FPS LAG BUT LAG)

Every time i play singleplayer there is an insane latency lagg, like i would be in a multiplayer server, there are block delays, mobs that are stuck in the same place for hours and when i attack them nothing happens, inventory lag and ecc.... the fps is just fine with a constant 50-60 fps with vsync on, just please what can i do?
