Personal Speed Bug in Minecraft Multiplayer

When joining MineCraft multiplayer servers, my player experiences a faster timing. Moving to the top of Ladders, vines, water, and lava is performed 70% faster than other players in the same server. General Sprint is 70% faster and easily outruns other players without any potion effect. Potion effects stack with the increased speed.
