JSON-Signs with clickEvents can OP Players

When you create a JSON-Sign, with a specific clickEvent (example: /op RavenMC_) and you would click it you would op RavenMC_, it doesnt matter if you are opped or not. And the dangerous thing about it: There is already an hack client which allows you to create such signs and yeah I heard a lot of servers got griefed that way.
