Witches Attacking Each Other Are No Longer Hostile To Each Other After Quitting and Reloading the World

I made two witches attack each other by having one of them throw a potion at me, which splashed the other witch.

They were fighting in perpetuity which I wanted to exploit for a redstone contraption. I also find it pretty funny.

When I quit and later reopened the world, they were no longer attacking each other.
