Links posted using say command in rcon are not clickable

When posting a link, using rcon + say command, they are not clickable.
I am using mcrcon version 0.0.5:

The command I am using to post an URL is:
mcrcon.exe -H localhost -P 12345 -p password "say Please see http://stigeide.zapto.org/HAS/ for records"
