Cannot connect on Open To Lan mode in same network

When I use OpenToLan functionality I can see the host computer with name, ip address and port. When I try to access it it give the Nullpointer exception. And we can't connect.

I thought about firewalls on computers but I shut them down.

I would like to add log files and comply to the guidelines. But the log doesn't show the problem.
