Minecraft head giving crash

What I expected to happen was...:
I could get a player freddy fazbear player head for my custom map.
What actually happened was...:
My game crashed as soon as I pressed enter and then I couldn't get back on that world again.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter this command: /give @p skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:{Id:"fazbear"}}
2. Watch your game crash or be shocked as it'll probably work and the problem is just for me.
