Minecraft crashs while launching Games

Minecraft is crashing while launching any game, online or off-line. Tried to uninstall, clean up all registers then reinstall but problem persists. I´m attaching a crash report, trying to help on the possible solution.
Can you help me solving this issue?
I could not find a solution on Issues previoulsy posted.
