Semi-Transparent Minecraft Skin Layer

This is a really weird bug, not really as major problem, but recently dinnerbone said this did not exist. I just wanted to let you guys know that it does exist. Here is a video I made explaining it. I dont really mind it in the game, I just want it to be recognized.
