Resizing disabled after going into fullscreen

How to Replicate:
1) open up Mincraft and press F11 to go into fullscreen mode
2) close fullscreen mode by pressing F11 again
Result: you are not unable resize the the window.

Simple Fix: after exiting fullscreen mode re-enable resizing of the Display in LWGJL
