WHAT IS HAPPNING TO MY REALM?????

So when i come onto my realm, i see a little 'wins' icon on the right-hand side of my screen. When i press the tab button, there are numbers next to my name. also, in survival, i cant collect items from blocks!!!!! Also, QueenSabine noticed that all creative items that you had in your inventory go away when you go into survival!!!!! WHAT IS GOING ON??????
