Player head issues!

What I expected to happen was...:
The player head has the custom head skin, this worked from 1.7.9 to 1.8.3

What actually happened was...:
It randomly picked between steve and alex skin heads

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a skin

2. Edit out the body completely

3. Upload to Imgur

4. open image and copy Direct Link

5. Go to http://www.dragnoz.com/custom-head-block-generator/

6. Paste Direct Link into Full URL to Image field

7. Copy command from Copy and Paste into commandblock field

8. In minecraft paste that command into a Command Block

9. Power the Command Block

10. Bug!
