Jumping Chunks

So occasionally when I get off of minecraft for awhile (even if I save and quit) then when I get back on huge chunks of the world have "Jumped". They bounce to random places on the world. I have had buildings, roads, rivers, hills, and more all ruined by this bug.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get off then back on minecraft with (or without) saving.
2. Chunks may have "Jumped"
