Do not display correctly the Bulgarian(Cyrillic) chars in chat and signs!

Keyboard keys:`qwertyuiop[]asdfghjkl\zxcvbnm
Cyrillic display on chat in MC:÷ÿâåðòúóèîïàñäôãõéêëþçüöæáíì
Correct display on chat:чявертъуиопшщасдфгхйклюзьцжбнм

If it's Paste on chat the chars are correct, but if you wright it its like this "÷ÿâåðòúóèîïàñäôãõéêëþçüöæáíì"
