the jacket of my minecraft alex skin model will not load in.

i created an alex skin with both layers fully customised on MSS. (a minecrfat skin creator) when i uploaded the skin to my mine craft account i had the 2nd layer for the arms, head and legs. However the jacket did not load in. i have tried this twice and the same problem occurs both times.

p.s i don't know for sure but because i couldn't find any explanation on the internet it is probably something to do with MSS.
