Special characters don't work on chat with alt combinaisons

Alt characters codes (examples : Alt + 128 for Ç, Alt + 144 for É) don't work on chat without copy/paste. It is not really important, but that was a bug that exists since the building of MC (I think), and it is too bad for french people (like me)
