Armor Stands with Marker tag can't detect themselves with r=0

Image 1: I set up two armor stands. One of them had the Marker tag as 0b and the other had it 1b. The one with Marker set to 1b had its name tag in a wrong place, as reported in MC-78369.

Image 2: I typed this command. If executed correctly, both armor stands should say their names into the chat.

Image 3: The one with Marker set to 0b correctly executed the command, while the one with Marker set to 1b couldn't find itself.

This bug has really gotten in the way of one of my redstone inventions. I would like this fixed as soon as possible.
