Breaking a Iron Pick freezes than crashes the game.

Here I was, mining some ores down in my caves, when I
realized my Iron Pickaxe was about to break.

What I expected to happen was...:
I WAS expecting my Iron Pickaxe just to break as usual.

What actually happened was...:
Nope, it got its bloody revenge, and crashed my Minecraft client.

Moral of story...:
Don't even LOOK at those pickaxes the wrong way. Seriously, don't even blink.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Grab dat Pickaxe
2. Mine LOTS of blocks.
3. Break it, behold, the tardis blue screen of death.
