Very odd incidence with BUDs

To recreate this bug, place a piston (doesn't matter if it's sticky or not) and in two blocks away in the direction it's facing place another piston. Then place a redstone block two blocks above the first piston (Budding it) and don't update it, then place a redstone block between the two pistons and the first piston will extend before the second one. (NOTE: This only happens when the first piston is facing north or south)
