AMD Radeon Hotbar and Hand flicker

On updates 1.5.1 or higher, the HUD and first person hand will flicker, as in temporarily disappear from the screen. There really isnt much else to say. Its only the hand and the hotbar. Please help, as this bug is very annoying on servers and single player.
