Screen and Icon Flicker

What I expected to happen was...:
Stable Gui and non-flickering bugs

What actually happened was...:
While in-game, the screen randomly flickers white and artifacts appear. Icons in the inventory menu flicker and dissapear randomly. Unfortunately because of the nature of the bug, I cannot provide screenshots. It may be a graphics card issue.
