Terrain doesn't render when teleported by an Enderpearl

When an Enderpearl lands on a chunk that is loaded but not rendered (ex: a chunk loaded with a chunk loader), the terrain doesn't render. Also, the player glitches through the floor and can't jump on survival mode. On creative mode, the player can fly, but if he returns to the floor, he continues falling and glitching. Pressing F3+A doesn't render the chunks, and the bug disappears after relogging.
