java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: UnpooledHeapByteBuf

I am experiencing a bug were teleport to a new world or dimension my minecraft automatically freezes then i exit the game or server. My computer version or operating system may have affected it somehow. here it is Linux xfce4.
