i can't left click so i can't destroy blocks or attack enemies also weird to control goes crazy

i was playing on a server and when i stopped i went on my world and the problem started i tryed using a different mouse but still didn't work
when i start world the visual goes wonky and when i try to use the left click
it does nothing so that i can't destroy blocks and can' attack enemies or other animals or players.plese help
