Mac OSX 10.6 Twitch Streaming Bug

I was trying to do a live twitch stream on my Mac but even though it says its supported for native streaming but alas it just says that "Streaming Un-avalible"

Can anyone give any tips around this? and just saying I cannot update to OS to a newer version due to it being an 2006 iMac :/
