Minecraft Client Broken - Server Kicking Issue

Whenever I log onto any server whatsoever I eventually get these errors:

Badly compressed packet - size of 45 is below server threshold of 256
Incorrect header check
Simply just Disconnected
Badly compressed packet - size 165558635 is larger than protocol maximum of 2097152
OutOfBoundsException:readerIndex(1087) + length(111) exceeds writerIndex(1087): UnpooledHeapByteBuf(ridx: 1087, widx: 1087, cap: 1087/1087)
An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
Badly compressed packet - size of 61 is below server threshold of 256
incorrect data check
CorruptedFrameException: length wider than 21-bit
Badly compressed packet - size of 46 is below server threshold of 256
invalid code lengths set
incorrect header check
invalid distance code
CorruptedFrameException: length wider than 21-bit
badly compressed packet - size of 89 is below server threshold of 256.

I have tried reinstalling minecraft, java, trying a different client, changing my in-game video settings, turning off firewall, restarting my computer, getting the server creator to turn off network-compression-threshold in server.properties which got rid of badly compressed packet problems but my other problems were still there.

This happens on ALL servers I go on, no matter what, and I will be kicked within 30 seconds to a minute of logging in.

PLEASE HELP!!!
