Exploiting the Diagnostic Report

So basically a popular gamemode for minecraft servers is called factions. I'm sure you are well aware the purpose and whatnot. You have to hide your base from others and etcetcetc. If player 1 teleports to player 2 and then back to his base while player 2 is holding f3 and c for 10 seconds... then minecraft will crash. The diagnostic report that opens when minecraft is relaunched will show the location of both players. This effectively shows player 1 where player 2's base is. Skip to 2:00 if you want to just see the demonstration. this glitch is being exploited a lot on the server I play on, and I just want to see that it's taken care of. Thanks
