Dear Mojang I have been playing Minecraft for awhile and for like a year or two I haven't been able to hear any sounds and also I can't see anybodies skins I have tried to fix it by re-downloading, waited to see if it would fix itself but it hasn't.

I can't see any skins or hear anything in Minecraft. Is there any thing I can do to fix this?
