Desync for thrown things

When you throw things like potions, items, snowballs etc. they desync after about 1 second. You can see that because they move slightly in a direction.

This affects:

Items (after they touched the ground)
Arrows
Snowballs
Potions
XPorbs from a bottle of enchanting after it broke
