Bug after changing mode in the game ( /gamemode)

When game mode change (/ gamemode) through Cheats, is impossible to break or put any type of block, for example, in a drain on Creative mode, mute Survival (/ gamemode 2), not to break or put other blocks, only if I go back to the previous mode.
I wish this bug could be resolved as quickly as possible...
As I said before, this bug occurs when I play the way of change through Cheats.
