Buttons don't have a special tool assigned - compare pressure plates

What I expected to happen was...:
Button would instamine or mine faster with my Efficiency V Unbreaking III Fortune II diamond axe.

What actually happened was...:
It didn't. Tested it twice, and tested my hand for comparison and it was the exact same speed.
Steps to Reproduce:
Mine a wood button with an axe.
