Anvil has no sound when breaking, only plays sound on break and on place

Anvil doesn't play a sound while you are mining it, it will only play a sound when it breaks and when you place one down. I don't know if this is a bug or if mayeb it dosnt have a sound

To Reproduce:
Place Anvil(You hear a sound)
Start Mining(You don't hear a sound)
When it breaks(You hear a sound)
