Doors Not Aligning

Hi, since I have downloaded the 13w02a snapshot, the doors have stopped aligning. It may have been caused by the single texture files as mentioned in the update. Also, when I download 17 Jan 2013's snapshot, (13w03a) it has still been working incorrectly. It is a really annoying issue that needs to be resolved as it will not work whilst making mansions and other buildings with double doors.
