Zombies and Skeletons don't burn in sunlight when on slabs or stairs

Zombies and skeles do not burn by sunlight when standing on Slabs and stairs. I tested the same on glass, but they burnt down. So, only stairs and slabs (down slabs), not all the transparent blocks.
