My Minecraft Keeps Crashing

First I open my Minecraft launcher, hit play and the Minecraft menu shows up. So next I either click single player or multiplayer and hit a world/server that id like to play. While its loading, the game just crashes. Its been like this for 3 days now and I don't know what to do.
