Stuck in Cinematic Camera Mode

I looked at the wiki and forums to find that you can toggle the cinematic camera by F5 in previous versions and supposedly F8. I've pressed F8, because F5 changes my P.O.V., and the game will not toggle out of the continuous camera motion.

It makes it extremely hard for me to play. I actually don't want to play because of this issue.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this, or if this is something that has to be fixed by someone else?
