Items stored in one chest reappear in inventory when opening another chest

I finded some bug in chests. I put some items from my inventory to the chest. But when I after open a any other chest. The items which I put to chest come back from the chest to my inventory. For excercise: I put a few stack of cobblestone to my cobble chest. And after I go to the food chest for porkchop, but the stack of cobble reapears to my inventory, when I open the food chest. I dont know, what is bad. Sorry for my bad english, I am a noob from czech republic.
