Servers can open and close GUI on the client quickly to prevent him doing anything except for alt-f4

Custom servers have the abillity to spam the client with open gui and close gui so the game keeps centering the mouse and even closes the esc dialog. The only way to close minecraft then is via alt-f4. It would be better if the esc menu would have the highest priority so it cant get closed by death screen, gui, etc.
