User (formerly known as olduser) has joined shows multiple times

One of our members changed his username and every time he logs in this shows up: Andr3wSp1tsLava (formerly known as AndrewSpitsLava) joined the game. This has been going on for several days. I have attached two log files from two different days so you can see that it has happened more then once.
