Map Item Not Updating Pixels

I have a 9x9 map wall and some of the maps have stopped up dating their pixels like this one. I have try restarting and making map copies. Only thing that works is making a new map and opening it up in that area. My first maps i made would update it pixels for that new stuff i add but only when i take map off item frame and look at it. Now they are not working, anyone know what might cause this bug or problem?
