Failed to Connect to server

Failed to connect to Server

What I expected to happen was...:
I would connect via multiplayer

What actually happened was...:
I got a message saying io.netty.channel.Connect.TimeoutException: connection timed out
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to multiplayer
2. Direct connect and put in ip address with server code
3. Doesn't connect
