Java Runtime Excepton Violation

I've attempted to start MInecraft using both the .exe and launcher. Both coming back with the same errors. Once launched the window for the game opens black for approx. 3-5 seconds than a window with the following code below pops up and the game closes. I've attempted deleting both minecraft and java to re-install but neither has worked. Please assist. Thank you.
