Summon wild sitting Wolf

When using this command:

/summon Wolf ~ ~ ~ {Sitting:1b}

The summoned Wolf will look like it is sitting but will actually start walking around like a normal Wolf.
This is because a wild Wolf isn't suppost to be sitting
