Unable to Click fullscreen

When I loaded up Minecraft and the options to click Singleplayer Multiplayer and Realms loaded I wasn't able to click Full screen (the second button on the top right of the tab) this means I have to play on a small minimized screen which is very annoying and hard the play with.
