Entities use UUIDs in scoreboard displays rather than CustomName

Entities will display their UUID in sidebar scoreboards rather than their CustomName.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a scoreboard and set it to display in the sidebar
2. Add score to any entity
3. See long string of numbers and letters that take up half the screes
