See through blocks and at the same time a flashing blue screen

After more then 5 minutes of playing minecraft the blocks start disappearing underneath me and the screen starts flashing blue. This is completely random. At first I thought this was a mod's fault, but then I created a new unmodded profile and I got the same problem.
